Becca’s extensive knowledge includes certifications in ashtanga, integral, prenatal, postnatal, Thai, restorative yoga, Pilates, and barre. Becca’s training as a certified holistic coach, meditation instructor, and positive psychology practitioner reflects her encouraging approach as she helps yogis of all levels achieve balance in body and mind in an inspiring environment.

Becca’s class, Strengthen & Lengthen Yoga, is the perfect blend of movement and meditation to:

  • When: Tuesday and Thursday from 1:15 p.m. to 2:15 p.m.
  • Location: SymbiosFIT, Port Royal Plaza
  • Register: Call 843.738.4600 (drop-ins are welcome)
  • What to Wear: Gym clothes (yoga pants for added comfort)

  • $100 for 5 classes
  • $180 for 10 classes
