Greenlight Weightlifting
Greenlight Weightlifting, with Brandon’s expert guidance, is an official USAW club for all ages and levels. Whether you’re an advanced weightlifter or a complete beginner, Greenlight Weightlifting is where age is just a number, as the real focus is on strength, mobility, coordination, timing, and speed.
The Youth Strength and Weightlifting Program develops foundational strength for all sports in the young minds of tomorrow. This program covers a spectrum of movements, from bodyweight exercises to kettlebells, dumbbells, barbells, plyometrics, and mobility work. These young athletes, aged 13 to 18 (with consideration for younger talents), have the chance to learn, compete, and even travel.

One of the most exciting aspects of Greenlight Weightlifting is the opportunity to learn Olympic weightlifting. Your Ultimate Guide to Coach Brandon Duffner
Greenlight Weightlifting is honored to have coach Brandon Duffner at the helm. Coach Brandon is a national-level weightlifting coach and a respected personal trainer who has fostered strength and confidence in all ages across our community. His mentorship has paved the way for athletes to excel in prestigious events, such as the Arnold/AO1; Youth, Junior, and U23 National Championships; American Open Finals; Master’s National; and Pan American and World Championships. With senior international-level coach Ray Jones of Team Beaufort Weightlifting as his mentor, Coach Brandon is backed by more than four decades of experience and is passionate about helping athletes in weightlifting and beyond reach their full potential.
The Green Light is Your Signal!
There are multiple membership options for personal or group training.
- Youth Club meets Monday through Thursday, 4 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., and Friday, 4 p.m. to 5 p.m.
- Adult Club meets Monday and Wednesday, 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m., and Saturday, 10:30 a.m. to noon.
- Weightlifting Team open sessions are Monday through Friday, 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
