Starting a new year has always been a special time for me. It’s a chance to take a moment to reflect on the past year, be honest with myself about what I accomplished and what I didn’t, and set new goals or make improvements to my old ones.
Goals have always been important to me. They give me a sense of direction and help me stay focused. One of my mentors once said, “If you aim at nothing, you’re sure to hit it.”
The Symbios Health mission is simple: To help people live healthy, fit, and beautiful lives. By working together, we can create a positive and supportive environment where everyone can thrive.
Symbios Health is Built on 7 Essential Pillars of Life
- Essential Rest: Getting enough sleep is crucial for our physical and mental well-being.
- Essential Nutrition: Eating a healthy diet fuels our bodies and minds.
- Essential Movement: Regular exercise improves power, strength, endurance, and mobility.
- Essential Self-Care: Taking care of ourselves is essential for our overall well-being.
- Essential Relationships: Strong relationships are important for our emotional and mental health.
- Essential Thinking: Developing critical thinking skills helps us make informed decisions.
- Essential Spiritual Growth: Finding meaning and purpose in our lives is important for our overall well-being.
These pillars are all interconnected and work together to help us live our best lives.
Grateful for So Many Things
As we approach our three-year anniversary on January 3, I’m so grateful for the dedicated staff and patients who have entrusted Symbios with their health and well-being. We provide a unique and holistic approach to healthcare that focuses on the whole person, not just the disease.
Our team of caring professionals are dedicated to providing holistic primary and women’s care. Our nutrition experts are here to educate us about the essential nutrients for a healthy life. Our physical therapy and fitness teams help us move efficiently and powerfully. Our medical research and education team enriches us with timeless truths. And our Symbios Med Spa team offers advanced regenerative services for captivating facial beauty, attractive body contouring, vibrant hair restoration, and passionate intimacy.
On the other hand, the current medical system, driven by pharmaceutics and insurance, is exemplified by our local hospital campus. It has outpatient, primary, and specialized medical management; a crisis management hospital with dialysis, ventilators, cardiac interventions, surgery, and other reactive, end-stage services. There’s even a nursing home nearby for assisted living and, to top it off, a funeral home! All on one nearby campus.
So, you have two choices: follow the path for optimal health, fitness, and beauty or stick to the systematic medical management of disease and sickness.
As the Saying Goes, We Either Invest in Our Health or We Pay for Our Sickness
As we look forward to the hope, opportunities, and possibilities in 2025, we’re excited to hear, share, and be a part of your journey toward your best life!
I’m thrilled to invite you to join our inspiring Kickstart70 2025 program, starting February 1, 2025 (stay tuned for future emails to sign up and participate). This program will help us evaluate our best lives, set goals, and develop habits for each of the essential pillars of life.
“Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous! Do not tremble or be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.” Joshua 1:9
May God bless all of your future endeavors in 2025!
